Problem Framing Workshop

You will get:
In 3 weeks you will get the following:
1. A clear articulation of the problem.
2. Clearly identified themes to tackle.
3. Ideas to solve the problem.
4. A clear idea of the value proposition of the solution.
 
You will need:
6 hours of workshop time with your cross-functional team. 
Suggestion is to book the 6 hours as 2 hours per week. 
 
An example of cross functional team is:
Engineering, Product Management, Design/UX, Customer Service, Sales. 
No more than 15 attendees can be handled during 1 session.
 
1 session is 1.5 - 2 hours long.
